Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unused ROKA bag back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
